Orionid meteor shower
These meteors began life as tiny specks of dust ejected by Comet 1P/Halley during its innumerable trips around the Sun. Over the eons, these particles spread out along the comet's orbit. Every October, we run into this stream of dust.

Electra, lo, my way
To thee in the dawn hath sped,
And the cot on the mountain grey,
For the Watcher hath cried this day:
He of the ancient folk,
The walker of waste and hill,
Who drinketh the milk of the flock;
And he told of Hera's will;
For the morrow's morrow now
They cry her festival,
And before her throne shall bow
Our damsels all.

Some thing I found in my readings that I find VERY good and yes wiccan but very close to my path ways
The Wiccan REDE is code of conduct. All members are task to behave in this manner.
1. To thine own self be true.
2. A witches word shall be as a signed oath.

I wish I had somewhere like this to go to meditate.
Unfortunately, due to the drought, even the largest of our falls in Vic are now just a trickle. :( There aren't any falls locally that are flowing. (not that they were much as far as waterfalls go anyway) With any luck the drought will break properly soon and their power and beauty shall return.
